Barbie in the 12 Dancing Princesses is the story of Barbie as Genevieve, 1 of 12 sisters who live happily with their father the king. Concerned that the high-spirited, independent princesses need more structure to become proper princesses, the king invites his cousin, the Dutchess Rowena to move into the castle. Rather than help, Rowina forbids the sisters from singing and dancing and squelches their individuality. The princesses discover a magical enchanted world and escape the tyranny of Rowena. But when Genevieve learns that their father's life is in danger, the sisters must unite to save the king and their kingdom.

DELIVERY: We offer up to 3 methods of shipment to the United States: Media Mail - takes up to 14 days, First Class Mail - takes up to 7 days, Priority Mail - takes 2-5 days. Shipments Worldwide take about 2-3 weeks to deliver (please allow up to 5 weeks due to customs, etc).

VERIFIED: We only ship to a confirmed and verified PayPal address. Your PayPal address and eBay address must match. Sorry, we cannot change ship-to addresses once the item is purchased on ebay.

INSURANCE: We offer optional shipping insurance for an additional $1 per item (for both domestic and international). This insurance covers any loss or damage of your item during shipment. Without the insurance, the buyer is responsible for any loss or damage.

COMBINED SHIPPING: We offer combined shipping on multiple items or auctions. Here is how it works - click the Buy It Now button for each item you wish to purchase from us - but please do not pay with PayPal right away (otherwise we cannot combine the orders). We will email you a single invoice combining all your items. Shipcost is based off the heaviest item first, then an additional $2 per item for domestic or $3 per item for international.

Order issues

ORDERED BY MISTAKE? If you have not opened the sealed retail box, you may return it for refund. Please return it within 30 days. Shipping is not refundable.

DEFECTIVE? Please let us know within 30 days. If we determine the item is defective, we will ship you an identical item at our expense. We may or may not ask that the defective item be returned. If a replacement item is not available, we will be happy to offer a fair replacement or refund in full.

Collectors

If you buying an item as a collector, please email us with any questions prior to purchasing the item. Many times collectors want boxes in absolutely perfect condition and have specific requirements of the item (i.e. - in the big cardboard box, not the DVD case version). Most items we sell are in perfect condition, but some items may have minor shelf wear and not acceptable to a collector.

Return policy

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be unregistered and in brand new condition. Item(s) must be packed in original, unmarked packaging with manuals, documents and registration cards. Non-defective returns with RMA numbers will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any ship costs not paid by customer are not refundable. Items deemed defective by rarePCgames will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion.
