You are looking at a nice gently used Manual Blood Pressure Monitor, by GM General Medical Corp.

This comes with a black cowhide case, case does have a stain inside.

The monitor has been tested and works, Pump ball hardware says Tycos and The front face of the monitor says certified 201889.

The blue arm part says adult and does have on the blue faded writing that says Physiology on it.
