RULE#1  Refunds or exchanges will be CONSIDERED on an individual basis since every transaction is unique.  I will always try to work out any issues you are unhappy with in the hopes that we can do business again in the future.

ANY REFUNDS WILL BE FOR YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE AND SHIPPING COSTS ONLY!   Postage for returning items will be paid by the buyer.....NOW READ THIS AGAIN...POSTAGE FOR ANY ITEMS YOU WANT TO RETURN WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!  NO EXCEPTIONS! 
Returns must be received within 14 days.  Due to high postage rates and higher risk for loss or damage, I do not replace any items sold to NON-US buyers.   DUE TO THE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLY UNRELIABLE POSTAL SYSTEM IN ITALY, I WILL NO LONGER SHIP ANYTHING THERE.

I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY OPENED, OR PRE-OWNED USED ITEMS SUCH AS MUSIC CDs  DVDs, BOOKS, CLOTHING, ETC.  If you place a bid, I am assuming you agree to purchase any of these items "As is."  PLEASE email me with your questions BEFORE the auction ends, and I'll be happy to answer any specific questions about the item you are interested in.  If you are nice and don't yell at me, most issues can be resolved happily.   If you are cranky, abusive, rude and unreasonable,  you will just get fed to the sharks. 

I do try my best to describe any listings accurately, HOWEVER, I am only human and may occasionally overlook a small detail-especially when offering collectibles I am not that familiar with.  
If you still honestly feel you have a legitimate complaint, or if the item DOES arrives broken, has a defect, or several weeks have gone by and you are still waiting for it, please contact me.!  No matter how carefully I pack something, there will be things happen that are out of my control.   Once again, refer to RULE#1.

I'm sorry this is so much reading (Did anyone even get this far?) I don't want to get into trouble for not having a DETAILED return policy in place, as per current Ebay policies.
