• Payment is to be made within 7 days using PayPal.
• If payment is not made, an unpaid item reminder will be sent, and a dispute will be filed with eBay.
   

• We ship items the same day or next day (Excluding Sundays and holidays), after payment has been received.

• A confirmation and tracking number will be sent for all purchases, excluding international items, via Stamps.com (not PayPal) to the email address provided by eBay.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to provide your information.  Make sure to check both your in box and your junk folder - Some customers have told us that Stamps.com emails have been sent to junk folders because of spam filters.
• If you select Media Mail (only available in the US), please expect your item to take 6-14 days for delivery. 
  • **AK, HI, & PR please be advised media mail can take upwards of 3-5 weeks for delivery.  Therefore, choose another shipping option.  Priority mail is suggested if you live in one of these states.**
• If selecting Priority Mail, please expect 2-5 days for delivery.
• If you wish to have an item shipped to an address other than the one eBay has on record, please follow the correct check-out procedures and contact us via eBay's message center.  We strongly encourage that items paid by PayPal get shipped to the Confirmed Address on file with PayPal, however this is not a requirement.
• We will not ship to a country in which you do not reside (Example, you live in Canada, but want the item shipped to France).

Due to recent changes in the United States Postal Service, First-Class Mail and Priority International are the only methods available to ship items internationally.

We take pride in customer satisfaction and are happy to accept returns for merchandise within 7 days after you have received your item.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please send your item back to us (you are responsible for return shipping). We will be happy to refund your original price, less any PayPal and eBay fees. A transaction fee of 10%, with a minimum charge of $3.00, will also be applied.
