This is an older  western bit, long shanks,  straight bar bit, with a very high port, which seems to be made of copper. This would be a nice accent piece of western times. This has rust in most all areas, I have to say I was surprised to see Japan on the left lower shank.....I know this is at least 25 years old, and then some...questions let me know...
