This is a tiny old plate, measuring just 3.25" in diameter.  It is made of white porcelain and has an emblem on the front that reads "Central City, Syracuse N.Y." and below that is a "25."  I don't know what this emblem represents, really.  Maybe the 25th anniversary?  There are some pretty raised designs around the border of the plate and the outside edge is scalloped.

There are some condition issues:  2 chips on the outer edge that you should be able to see in the last photo, and some minor wear to the paint of the emblem.  Still, it is a very nice Syracuse historical item!
