Up for auction is a Jorge Cruise 8 Minutes in the Morning Kit including all the cards and the CD. Now, come on, who does not have 8 minutes to get in shape? Very effective and quick.

We are currently downsizing into our retirement home and I will be listing things until I run out of things to list, which I am hoping is before we actually move! This will be a long and fun process and I get into closets and cupboards and boxes only to discover things I never knew I had: some brand new in their original boxes, some very gently used. I ship things daily, God willing. Upon receipt of payment and whenever possible, the item/items will ship the same/next business day.

Most items will be shipped via the USPS First Class, Media, Priority or International Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Heavy, large or expensive items will most likely be most shipped FEDEX Ground/Home delivery.

Estimated shipping costs are for the CONTINENTAL US only. There may be a surcharge for Alaska and Hawaii.

I do my best to estimate the shipping cost with no additional handling fees. If this item ships for significantly less than the amount stated, I will automatically issue you a refund. I don't like being overcharged for shipping and I suspect you don't either.

I will combine and reduce shipping charges whenever possible. I will automatically issue you a refund if I receive an overpayment. The "system" just can not take everything into account ahead of time, but I can make things right afterwards. I would appreciate a quick thank you when I do issue a refund. So far, I have never received a thank you even when refunding $15-20! I know of no other seller that does this, please take a moment to show your appreciation. It will make my day and yours!

I am sorry postage is so expensive these days, but it is. I do not add a handling charge and I recycle shipping materials to keep costs down so I do not have to add a handling charge, but I do have to purchase packing materials and oftentimes oversized boxes, too. There are even times that I have to pay considerably more than the estimated amount after the item is completely packaged up! I will work with you in anyway I can to keep these costs to a minimum.

NOTE FOR WORLDWIDE SHIPMENTS: I will ship to any location serviced by US International Priority Mail at actual shipping costs. Free shipping is not available outside the US. Since insurance is not available on US international Priority Mail, all items shipped are not my responsibility once they are shipped.
