to sellers as well as master and know what to say to them and when
to say it to close deals. When you consistently close deals you

You will

not
talking about Shamu the killer whale and his friends comprise of the
1% of real estate investors whom are consistently raking in the big
fat profits year after year and making a financial killing in the real
estate business. From my point of view your goal should be to become
a member of the "big whale society". Don't you

become
a member of "The Big Whale Society" you must step your
game
up or you will be like the majority or 99% of the remaining Real Estate
Investors.They are classified according to the following:
95% buy real estate courses and attend real estate seminars and never
get around to doing their first deal not because they lack determination,
passion or commitment but because no one ever told them the following
truth. The Key To Making Money In Real Estate Is
MARKETING and
How you COMMUNICATE with sellers.
This
is how you make your fortune in real estate
First, you
must
know how to locate and find motivated sellers even if they are hiding
under a rock. Then you must craft a message that will attract them like
bees are attracted to honey. In addition, you need to have a system
in place that will not only capture your motivated seller leads but
will also deliver sellers to you like doctors deliver babies. Plain
and simple your marketing system must be a motivated seller conveyor
belt.
Once you've
accomplished
this, you will instantly become a motivated seller magnet. However,
now that you've attracted sellers you must know how to communicate
with
them and when you face seller's objections (and you will), you must
be prepared and equipped with an arsenal of responses for every
situation
that you will encounter.
It's like in
sports
when two teams do battle whichever team has prepared and executed the
best-- will win. Well, if you properly prepare and execute in your real
estate endeavors not only do you win but you will be smiling all the
way to the bank.
The great
Chinese
general Sun Zu and legendary football coach George Allen both summed
up preparedness perfectly. Sun Zu said "every battle is won before
it is ever fought" and George Allen added that "winning can
be defined as the science of being totally prepared."
So make no
make
mistake about if you're part of the 95% crowd you have a problem with
both your marketing and communication skills, but that can be fixed.
Then there are the remaining 4% who do about 2 to 3 deals a year
netting
on average about $3,000 per transaction which is basically peanuts.
If you are a member of this group then you lack a bit of consistency.
That can also be fixed.
Maybe you
are
not consistently attracting enough motivated sellers? (If that's the
