"At A Glance" Time Management binder; really nice rose brocade pattern.  Inside is leather business card holder, typical 7 ring binder for your yearly Franklin Covey or At A Glance calendar.  Reference material and some previously unused pages are included, as well as address book, four pocket pages, one plastic "diskette" holder and pen loop.  In great shape!
