HP DV6000 Pavilion Entertainment Laptop XP Media Center

Working HP DV6000 series 15.4" laptop, model dv6105ca with English keyboard and Windows XP Media Centre SP3 French edition. English versions of TE8, Google Chrome, Open Office and others installed since I don't speak/read French. Two hardware issues (see note at bottom) - On/Off swich not working (must be started with F8+quick launch button) and no sound thru speakers (ok with headphones - not included).
A few scuffmarks on case, a small scrape on palmrest and paint at center of touchpad worn off by finger nails(see pic), otherwise in very good cosmetic shape. Battery holds a 5min charge. Screen is excellent. Asking $375 but will consider serious offers. Lowball offers are automatically rejected.
