All shipments are sent either UPS, FedEx, or USPS at our discretion. Our shipping and handling fees insure that your shipment will arrive in a professionally packed box. Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order, Purchaser may return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). An exchange or replacement may be provided to the purchaser if a replacement is available from our warehouse. The availability of a replacement item cannot be guaranteed. Refunds or credits will be provided for returned items in most cases. Please note that Purchaser must have a return material authorization number (RMA) in order to return an item.
To obtain an RMA, please send an email with a return request to the GoMotorBids Customer Service Department. Include your order number, item number, and a reason for the return. Once your RMA number is obtained, please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip along with the return authorization number. Enclose the packing slip with your signature, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address listed on your packing slip. No products may be returned for credit or adjustment without an official return authorization number from Motorsport Marketing. |
