We mail daily, Monday - Saturday. Shipping cost is quoted for US shipments only and includes a handling charge. We mail to APO, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, and Guam and all US Territories. International customers should ask for a quote before bidding to avoid any misunderstanding. Local pick-ups are not available.

Payment is due within 10 days of the auction's end. If you are not completely satisfied with this item, simply return it within 7 days for a purchase price refund or credit,less the S&H cost and a 20% restocking fee. S&H charges are not refundable. After 7 days,there are no refunds; only exchange of defective products. Returns must be in the original package and condition with all the parts and information that were sent to you. After opening, items in factory sealed packages cannot be returned unless they are defective All items are brand new or noted as used, but if you do receive a defective product please contact us and we will provide a RETURN AUTHORIZATION for an exchange. Your bid is a contract with us to provide the described item. We describe items carefully and honestly and try not to make a mistake. If we make a mistake, we will fix it--the mistake is not a deception, just a mistake. In order to keep our costs down for all customers we do file unpaid reports to eBay on non-paying customers after 10 days to get a portion of our eBay fees back.So please, if you do not intend on paying, ....DO NOT BID! It costs us real money to list on eBay. We hire a cranky witch to put a spell (usually boils and carbuncles in uncomfortable places ) on non-payers. We hate to do it, but it keeps the witch busy.

New products are all covered by a factory warranty. Used products are described to the best of our ability without any attempt to misrepresent the item. Please read the description carefully, examine the pictures ,and ask any questions you might have.
