Description
Man's best friend becomes digital in FETCH by Valusoft for the PC. This amusing pet simulation game gives dog lovers the ability to train, play with, groom, and generally have fun with their digital puppy while avoiding the mess and expense of actually owning a dog. Players begin FETCH by selecting their very own puppy from a large number of available dogs of various breeds, including labs, boxers, German shepherds, beagles, dachshunds, Chihuahuas, and more. All of the dogs look very life-like and adorable. Once they've picked a puppy, players name it and take it to their virtual home. Once home, players have a number of different chores they must do. They have to keep their dog fed, get it trained to respond to their commands, play with it, and teach it tricks. All of these activities will help players compete the dog show and earn the title Best of Show. It's not all about winning, though. Gamers will also want to take the time to play fetch with their dog, groom and pet it, and dress it up in funny clothes just for fun. Younger gamers who love dogs will find their virtual puppy in FETCH to be almost as much fun as actually owning a pet (and maybe more exciting than having a goldfish). While it can't replace the actual experience of owning a dog, FETCH! provides the next best thing by giving players access to a cute digital dog of their very own to play with.
