You are bidding on the rare Department 56 Alpine Village "Josef Engel Farmhouse!" The building comes previously owned but in great condition as shown below with no box or light. NOTE that there appear to be some small chip pieces to the balcony, though they are painted the same so we cannot tell if it was made that way or repaired. Aside from that we cannot find any major flaws with the piece. This Josef Engel Farmhouse is sought after by Alpine Village collectors and is a terrific eBay find just in time for the holidays.
