This is a lot of 2 soft cover books by Sally John.  The pages are clean and the binding is tight in both books. The covers show some shelf wear as shown in the picture.  Fast shipping from a smoke-free home.

The Beach House (2006) is in very good ++++ condition.  The pages are clean and very, very mildly age-toned to dull (just not bright), and the binding is tight.  The spine has not been bent back, and the covers show mostly mild to mild+ shelf wear around the edges and corners, as shown in the picture.  

A Time to Mend (with Gary Smalley) (2007) is in very good +++ condition.  The pages are clean and dull to bright (just not bright white), and the binding is tight.  The spine has not been bent back, and the covers show mostly mild+ shelf wear around the edges and corners, as shown in the picture.   There is a small stain at the top of the back cover that affects the a small, half-round section of the top margin for the last 80 pages of the book.  It does not affect the text.                                  

Shipping and Handling:
