We ship goods via Fedex within most Canada areas and USA contiguous states
Destination Out of North America Please contact us first if your destination address is out of Canada and USA contiguous states.
Shipment Address Change Shipment Address if you want the parcel shipped to other address rather than the default address verified by paypal, please notice us once you made the payment. We don’t take any responsibility on extra cost of re-delivering caused by late notice of shipping address change.
Shipping Method The big size items, such as golf bag , travel mate, are shipped by FedEx Ground, while the small size items, like tees, glovers, head covers etc., are carried by Canada Post ,to save the freight for you.
Please be advised Fedex Ground service is not an on-time-guaranteed service , though it looks OK till now. Items take longer time by Canada post to USA because of customs clearance and the process of transfer to USPS, maybe up to 28 business days at the worst case.
Shipping Time By FedEx, the estimated shipping time may be 3 or 8 business days within Canada or 4 to 10 business days to USA . Actually it’s usually much faster, maybe only 2 or 3 days if you’re close to Toronto. It may happen, not often, that the item is delayed by some reasons beyond our control to arrive at your home until 20 business days later.
Receiving signature Please be advised all our parcel sent out not requested a receiver signature (but can be traced online when it’s on carrier’s system) , which means the parcel will be dropped at your front door if nobody in home. If you do need receive the parcel in person and leave signature to carrier, please pay extra $3 to us for the signature service charged by the shipping company.
Return Policy
Please contact us by email or phone prior to any item return. We may deny any refund claim without contact in advance.
If you are not happy with the received item, you can return it to us within 7 days after reception.
We will exchange the defective products. However, we only pay the resending fees on our side. Upon we receive the returned product and the manufacturing defects are confirmed, we will offer one extra golf product with equivalent value to the return postage cost as compensation. Please be advised it is mandatory to send us some clear and close shot photos about the defective products by email before we approve any item return.
In all item return cases, buyers are supposed to pay the shipping cost at their own sides. This postage cost is non-refundable.
