Let me start of by asking you the following question. Can you honestly say that you are on the road to accomplishing your goals that you set forth as a real estate investor? If you've answered no, there is a concrete reason why you are not on that road to success which we will explore. But I will tell you this much if you are willing to reprogram your beliefs then you can definitely overcome this obstacle.

If you've answered that you are on the road to accomplishing your goals as a real estate investor let me follow up with these two questions. Are your goals big enough or mediocre? Did you accomplish all of your goals in the specific time frame that you set forth or have you only accomplished a few of them and the others just fell by the wayside?

If you've answered yes to those two questions that your goals are indeed big enough and you've accomplished them in the specific time frame that you set forth congratulations! You're on your way to success or you are achieving success as you've envisioned it. However, while you are patting yourself on the back, you must remember to program your thinking and take the necessary action that is required for to you reach an even higher plateau because there are no limits to what you can truly accomplish.

The bottom line is you must never become complacent because complacency will result in you losing your momentum and this will definitely be the death of your real estate business. You can't let that happen! Don't you agree? I hope so.

You must truly believe that you can reach that higher plateau. For example if you did 5 real estate deals for the year program your thinking to do 50,100, or even 300 deals or higher the following year! If you haven't done your first real estate deal as of yet program your thinking and develop a sure fire system that will ensure you do plenty(300 or even higher in a year). Don't say that it can't be done because there are real estate investors out there who are achieving those type of numbers. Remember it's all about your belief system and the way you program yourself to think and act.

If you think that you can and act on that belief chances are you will accomplish your goals. If you are not thinking big in this way about your real estate business at the present moment chances are you have self limiting beliefs that are standing in your way and interfering with you achieving this type of success.

Don't Let Your Self-Limiting Beliefs Stand In The Way Of You Achieving Phenomenal Success As A Real Estate Entrepreneur

So what are self limiting beliefs? Self-limiting beliefs are those things you believe about yourself that place limitations on your abilities. They may be conscious or unconscious. They may be founded or unfounded. For example:

I'm fat so I won't be successful as a real estate investor.
I'm not a lucky person so I won't do a real estate deal.

It may be true that you are indeed fat but it doesn't mean you won't be successful as a real estate investor. There are many real estate investors who are fat and successful. And luck is not a criteria for doing a real estate deal. It's your real estate education, interpersonal skills, marketing and your ability to locate motivated sellers and buyers that will determine whether or not you do real estate deals.

To be quite frank with you, having self limiting beliefs really has very little to do with real estate because real estate is just one part of your life. Self limiting beliefs affect all areas in your entire life because it has to with your core beliefs.
