We generally ship smaller, light-weight packages Priority Mail (free packing supplies reduces the need to charge for handling/materials). Unless noted in the description, no handling fees are charged and the winning bidder pays only the winning bid price, Priority Mail fee with Delivery Confirmation and insurance if applicable. USPS insurance for winning bids of less than $50.00 is a buyer option. USPS insurance for winning bids of $50.00 or more is required. Larger, heavier packages are generally shipped UPS Ground if savings to the winning bidder warrants. UPS packages are automatically insured up to $100. UPS insurance for winning bids of $100.00 or more is required. We generally do not charge a handling fee. However, a handling/materials fee may be charged if stated in the item description, or if it is warranted by the size/weight of the item, or when special shipping procedures are requested by the seller or buyer and mutually agreed upon by both parties.

We are an auction sales or liquidator; not a retailer. So, as with live auctions, all sales are final. The only time any refund is given is if you receive the wrong item or we have in some way totally misrepresented the item. Buyersâ remorse is not cause for a refund. Any refund requests must have a valid reason, the buyer must notify us within 3 days of receipt of item, (postage not refunded in most cases). Do to possible consumer misuse we do not give refunds on electrical items, parts, any items sold as parts or to repair.
