A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
This item is brand new but arrived in damaged condition. That being said, it is not perfect. One of the mirrored cabinet doors is missing a pin (which holds it in place). You'll see a picture that shows exactly where the problem with this particular piece is located. I haven't the resources (yes, it's just a pin) to fix the piece so it is being offered at a very discounted price.
GS #6

Thirteen operating drawers
Two (2) mirrored cabinet doors (one side damaged).

Additional Information
Please take note: This is "dollhouse" furniture--not furniture for the home you live in.
All sales are final. It is highly recommended buyers consider purchasing insurance as it provides for loss/damage that a shipment may sustain.
We will not accept returns except in the case that what you have purchased didn't match the description/photographs on my Ebay auction. This is the only exception to the rule.
If in the event you receive an item that has been damaged in the shipment process, please contact me right away. We will ask that you send a picture of the damaged item. This is not to imply--by any means whatsoever--that you aren't telling the truth. This is the only way we can make a decision as to whether to pay to have the damaged piece sent back to us. Whatever the case, you will be compensated--we will ship another piece (on our dime) as soon as we receive the picture.
There will be times when shipments get switched. This is not due to negligence, it is simply a matter of large volumes of shipments being prepared on Sunday evenings. In addition, if there are two separate shipments going to the same state (but two different individuals), this "switcharoo" as it were can, will and "has" happened. We will do whatever we can to make it right for both parties but this also requires communication from everyone involved. If there isn't any communication, the problem will not be resolved.
