S&H includes the postage and packing materials. I print the postage so you know how much I'm paying and can compare with what I charged. My standard 8.5x10.5" envelopes are 0.35@, and the labels used to print postage 0.50@. If you don't like USPS or UPS rates, please don't take it out on me, I make strenuous efforts to not have unreasonable Shipping and handling charges. Do the math before unfairly punishing me for postal rates!

I ship within three business days of payment, but in most cases the day following receipt. If your item doesn't arrive in a timely manner, then unforunately that's not my fault. Shipping time is the time between payment receipt and next available shipping time (9am M-Sat).

Communication - I communicate via the invoice, then the shipping date and tracking number in reponse to the PayPal payment notification.
