distribution and fulfillment of the products you order to Ritz Camera
Centers' distribution facilities.
Product Condition and Warranty:
All products purchased from RitzCamera are new and have the original manufacturer USA warranty. RitzCamera is an authorized seller.
International Shipping:
We do not offer or provide international shipping for items sold through our eBay Marketplace store.
Important Shipping & Handling Information:
- Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO and PO
Box orders are shipped via USPS only
- Orders received after 10 AM EST will ship the next business
day (excludes weekends and holidays).
- Next day delivery orders must be confirmed by 10 AM EST Monday
through Friday and orders confirmed on Friday after 10 AM EST
will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.
- The warehouse does not ship on Christmas Day, New Years Day,
Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving (Thurs.
& Fri.).
- No express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, military APO/FPO addresses,
or P.O. Boxes.

PayPal is the ONLY payment method we allow at this time.
Your PayPal account must be a US account, not international.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product,
simply return it within 10 days to RitzCamera for
a no hassle exchange or return. Please note regarding Electronics
products, some require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and
some are non-returnable. Additional conditions and requirements
apply – please read our full return and exchange policy.
Return Requirements:
- Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.
- Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging
with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets,
packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The
manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new
shipping carton.
- Software must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.
- Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic
wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.
- Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.
- SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Returns must be received by RitzCamera within 14 calendar days
after notifying RitzCamera of intent to return. After receiving
and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for
the purchase price of the item. You will be refunded in the same
method in which you paid for the merchandise originally. If a check
refund is due, please be advised that it may take up to 30 days
to receive your refund. After the return period has expired, please
contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.
