Lists of tasks and employees can be defined and assigned to one or more employees and you can define a maximum percentage value an employee should work on a task.  Public holidays, leaves, weekly working hours, and more parameters can be specified and are considered in the calculation. According to this input, the software computes time plans by minimizing the MSE (mean squared error) between expected and computed end dates.







Activity Tool

The Activity Tool is a very useful and efficient tool for the Project Manager. It helps them to manage and check their collabrators activity. Useful features include durations repository administration, collaborators repository administration, task repository administration, contributions management, extensible report facility (with built in templates) and XML database export/import.







Diary Manager
