30 days after the buyer receives it | Money Back | WE OFFER A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY ON ALL ITEMS, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED OR INDIVIDUALLY MARKED DIFFERENTLY ON ITEM*. We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of your purchase receipt date. You (customer) will be refunded less any applicable shipping costs (Note: If you were not charged shipping or an item was Free Shipping, an average shipping rate will be used) and a 15% administration restocking reprocessing fee. You (customer) are responsible for all shipping charges back to us, however, If return is the result of our error, there will be no administration restocking reprocessing fee and we will pay for shipping both ways and/or find a mutually suitable resolution to satisfactorily correct the error. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS-We offer a 10 day return policy on all Special Order Salon Furniture and other Special Order items. There will be a 25% administration restocking processing fee on any returns or exchanges of Salon Furniture and Special Order items. CUSTOMER REFUSAL OF DELIVERY- We do not encourage refusals of packages, at anytime. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all refused packages and Customer will be charged shipping fees both ways. Note: *All SALES ARE FINAL for Select Brushes (e.g Mason Pearson), Combs, Shears and Scissors (e.g Jowell), All Chemical and Supplement type items such as Shampoos and Conditioners (e.g Sebastian, Enjoy, Kerastase, and other similar Pro Salon items), Soaps, Liquids, Creams, Lotions, Oils, Vitamins, and Similar Items. If you are returning or exchanging an item, please contact us to request an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and fill out an RAF (Return Authorization Form).
