At Instawares, we strive to provide you with high quality products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. All orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you received an item in error, we'll gladly pay for the return shipping cost and waive the restocking fee.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If the product you received is damaged, defective or the wrong item, notify us of your problem to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. We will respond to your issue within one business day. If you receive a RA number, you'll need to place it on the outside of your returned item so we'll know when and why it is been received at our warehouse. Due to transit time of the returned item, processing at Instawares and individual bank reimbursement policies, refunds may take several days to process.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
