I am a private seller…we just got back from this property on Friday (March 12^th) and LOVED IT! So why am I selling? I had 4 weeks total on even years for my whole family to enjoy…we ended up buying another 2 weeks on the odd year and want to sell one of my even years.  This timeshare thing is perfect....We saved a ton of money on food.  For 2 adults and 2 kids...we spent only $250 on food for the week.  With the stove, microwave, refrig, we loaded up at Costco just as we left the airport and had everything we needed.  It was great!
