·        If payment is not received within five days the item will be offered to the next highest bidder or put back up for auction.  Negative feedback and a non-paying bidder claim will be filed.

Shipping Info:

·        You may pick up your item from our office in Pembroke, Ma.

·        We can ship the item to you using your account number from FedEx, UPS, DHL, or any other carrier you prefer. 

·        We will ship worldwide.

 Payment Info:

Pay securely with any major credit card over the phone or through PayPal!

·        All payments will be made in US currency.

·        We accept all forms of payment. 

·        PayPal…we will ship to confirmed addresses only.  If you need the item shipped to a different address than the one on file with PayPal please contact us at sales@rocklandits.com  We can ship anywhere, we just need you to verify it with us in person first.

·        We accept all major credit cards…item will ship once credit card has been charged.  If you are picking your item up at our office you can make a payment when you arrive. 

·        Wire transfer…item will ship once payment has been received.

·        Personal, business, and cashiers checks…item will ship once check is deposited and has cleared.

 Warranty and Support Info:

·        All items sold are tested within our Pembroke facility and come with a one year warranty.  Extended warranties are available; please contact us at sales@rocklandits.com for pricing.

·        All warranty claims must be submitted to sales@rocklandits.com

·        All warranty claims will require an RMA number to return the item to us.  All items returned without the proper RMA number will be refused and sent back.

Technical Support:

Technical support is available to all customers.  Please send a detailed e-mail, with contact information, to sales@rocklandits.com and the next available technician will call you back as soon as possible.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

We offer to all our customers, the opportunity to return any item for refund within 30 days from the date of invoice. If you purchase any item and decide to return it for any reason within 30 days from date of invoice - you may!!!  However, a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the total refund.  Please contact us at sales@rocklandits.com and we will process your request immediately.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) items:

·        Unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing, all items we offer are tested in our Pembroke, Ma. facility and are in good working order.

·        All DOA claims must be submitted to sales@rocklandits.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

·        All DOA claims will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to return the item to us.  All items returned without the proper RMA number will be refused and sent back.

 If this part number is out of stock we will ship you a compatable EMC replacement.  Please call with any questions.

Miscellaneous Items:

 Insurance:

·        Insurance is available for all items at your request and at your expense.  If you require insurance please notify sales@rocklandits.com at the end of the auction so we can add the insurance to the invoice.

·        If we are shipping the item to you using your courier and/or account and you would like us to add insurance please notify us at sales@rocklandits.com and we will add it on.

Cancellations:

·        We reserve the right to cancel this auction due to an “in store” sale.

·        We reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders with negative feedback.

·        We reserve the right to cancel and/or block bids from bidders we have had past disputes with.
