Never seen these before!!!  Looks just like the SKS canvas sling but has the two leather dog collars.  So it must be some hybrid Chicom sling rarely seen in the US.

Clearly marked 7.62 Chinese canvas sling with leather dog collars.  Length on sling is about 47" without the collars.  Everything is new old stock and all is authentic, no reproductions.
