If required, the item must be returned to SabbaShop within 30 days of receiving the item. The original shipping charge or pick up fee is only refundable if the problem is due to a SabbaShop error. If it is necessary to return the product, a refund will only be issued once the item is received at SabbaShop. All returns MUST have prior authorization. When returning a product from the U.S.A. please describe the product as a defective return and declare a low product value on the customs form ($5 value).
