The film footage in this video was produced by the military in the early 1950s and sent to television stations for broadcast to the public. Includes a collage of aviation subjects including airplane crashes, helicopter rescues, air to air missile tests, and carrier landings and takeoffs. Includes scenes shot around the country including Chicago Airport, Grand Canyon, and Point Mugu, California. Most of the scenes are silent, but there are on camera interviews with pilots and other military personnel.
