An unsuspecting journalist relocates to Seattle and takes a room in a house that seems to be ideal. The young teenage girl who lives there with her family has something else in mind. She fixates a mad "crush" on the new dweller and he finds himself having to defend his honor as well as his life.

This is a single owner copy (not a grubby video store one), purchased new and opened from the bottm with an Xacto-blade leaving the factory shrinkwrap to preserve the sleeve in MINT CONDITION!  The cassette itself is also super CLEAN &  PRISTINE, in MINT CONDITION, and PLAYS PERFECTLY w/o defect! You are highly unlikely to find a better condition copy for cheaper than this one here, so please bid accordingly!
