A Comparison vs. Concept 2 & WaterRower ...
First, this Nordic Row is more of a strength conditioning machine with totally separate leg and arm resistance that can be set to your personal level. You will definately feel a burn during workout like never before - especially if you have used other machines. But resistance can be light or intense.
Second, You can change the incline from 1, 3 or even 5 degrees which has an enormous impact on your target training. 1 degree focuses on the abs. 3 degrees abs and gluteal focus and 5 degrees gluteal focus.
Third, the back stress management seat was the best ever made. There is nothing like the back support and 'soft but firm' feel of this seat.
Forth, the fine oak accents and 'furniture' look of this top of the line TBX III is unsurpassed with even adjustable oak foot pads and measures a tidy 7' from stem to stern and is only 18-1/2" wide and 22" to the top of the seat back support.
No - the NordicTrack TBX III is not as 'smooth' as the fan driven Concept Machines - but the flywheel has it's own 'feel' and definately has the potential for 10+ times the resistance - it's just not as fluid.
