We Ship Domestically (USA) and Internationally.

Tickets ship as soon as they are in hand. 95% of the time that means the same day you place the order. Sometimes, tickets will ship closer to the event date if we are still waiting on them to arrive.

If your tickets are not available to ship same day, a representative will contact you, otherwise: ***Tickets Ship Same Business Day***

Electronic email delivery of eTickets is sometimes available. Please note, this option is only for certain tickets and is not available for every ticket and/or event.

We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. Please do not buy/submit an offer if you do not have a confirmed address.

Tickets are shipped via FedEx in most cases. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your tickets ship.

 

FAQ

 

1. Can my tickets be emailed?

If tickets are in PDF format, they can be emailed to you up until the time the event takes place, for security purposes ONLY if the event is less than 72 hours away will email be considered. If tickets are emailed to you, you MUST be able to confirm you can view/print tickets.

2. When will my tickets ship?

Most of our tickets are in-hand and ready to ship. However, some season tickets and premier event tickets can come as late as 1-2 weeks before the event. You will be contacted when the auction ends and informed of the ship date.

3. Will my tickets be hard tickets or e-tickets?

We carry a mix of hard tickets and Ticketfast e-tickets for some events. If you have a concern about which tickets you will receive, please contact us before bidding.

4. Might my tickets be upgraded?

In case these tickets are not available at time of purchase we reserve the right to replace them with equal or better tickets. That means lower row or closer to stage/center court/50 yard line.  If you must have these EXACT tickets please contact us before purchasing.

5. Can you tell me the seat numbers?

For the safety and security of our buyers we can not disclose EXACT seat number until the purchase has been made however if you inquire we can give you a close proximity (range) of seats.  Thank you!

 

Payment Policy

* PayPal is the only method of payment. You can pay through paypal using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
* Payment must be made first for the auction to end.

* If the event is more than 7 days away payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase or your offer being accepted. If the event is less than 7 days away payment must be received within 24 hours.
