And these stylish Fleur di Lis Collection place card/photo frame favors from Fashioncraft are a testament to loyalty and tradition. Each frame favor measures 2 ¾" x 3 ½" and is made of durable silver poly resin with the regal Fleur di Lis design with rhinestone enhancements in each corner and a 1 ¾" x 2 ¾" window to display your photos either horizontally or vertically. Sold with matching Fleur di Lis themed place cards included, each comes packaged in a white box.
PAYMENT Payment is required within 7 days of the end of auction. (PayPal ) Please contact immediately if you cannot pay within 7 days.
SHIPPING Favors will typically ship directly from the manufacturer next day after payment is received. We ship only via UPS, to any USA or Canadian address that is serviced by UPS. There will be a $15 service charge for shipments to Canada or Puerto Rico to cover the cost of extra paperwork involved in these shipments. We do not ship outside of the USA or Canada.
AVAILABILITY you will have a choice of either a full refund or to be placed on the waiting list for your backordered products to be shipped.
DAMAGESAlthough we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue a refund or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.
ORDERING DIFFERENT QUANTITIES Smaller quantities are at a slightly higher price per item as I get a discount with full cases. I can set up a "Buy It Now" auction for your desired quantity.
RETURNSIf you need to return merchandise for any reason, we will take full cases up to 2 weeks after the date that we ship it. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only- round trip freight must be at your expense. Sorry, but we cannot offer this service if the item has been discontinued, or on any personalized items. This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.
