Payment Arrangements
Payment arrangements must be made with us within 3 days of the auction closing. Payment must be fully received within 10 days of the auction closing.
Payment
Canada, US & International: As of January 15/ 2009 all payment must be made by PayPal - without exception.
Non-Payment / Non-Contact
A payment reminder will be issued after 3 and 7 days following your winning bid for one of our eBay items. Failure to pay for the item after 10 days will result in cancellation of your winning bid. We will file an unpaid item dispute report with eBay, in order to recuperate e-bays final value fees.
We ship our products, as much as possible, in the afternoon of the business day following your payment via Canada Post and USPS. We inspect every item before it is packed and shipped. Everything that we ship is carefully packed, using various materials and appropriate stickers to protect your purchased product. It is your responsibility to update your shipping address on documents such as PayPal.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit ? the post office is! It will be our responsibility to file the subsequent claim with Canada Post.
Rates
U.S.A.: Small items (max. 1kg.) are shipped to U.S.A. destinations by Surface or Air Mail at our economical Small Parcel rate. They have a max. coverage of $100.00 for loss or damage. Larger items (over 1 kg.) are shipped to U.S.A. destinations using Commercial Expedited Parcel Service (Air Mail) which promises faster customs clearing and delivery from 5-9 business days for less money than Express Service which is also available should you choose to pay more for shipping. First $100.00 (Can.) insurance and tracer are included. Rate quoted at auction's end, dependant upon where you reside. Shipping costs will be invoiced after auction's end, enabling you to use the checkout feature.
Canada: Goods within Canada are shipped by Commercial Expedited Parcel Service. We do not ship anymore to: Mexico - Israel - Indonesia - Malaysia - Singapore - Poland - Romania - Russian Federation - Turkey - Slovenia - Greenland and Iceland. Any bids from above mentionned countries will be cancelled!
Please note that due to recent changes in calculating shipping charges, the cubic weight of the goods being shipped is charged by the carriers and never or very seldom, the actual weight. If you have any questions, please e-mail us.
Taxes and Duties
Any charges for taxes, duties or brokerage fees that may be levied for goods imported into the buyer?s country will be entirely the buyer?s responsibility and expense.
Returns
Unless the item you receive is considerably different from the description of the item you bid on, all sales are final. Please contact us before returning any item you consider "considerably different". Such items will be accepted for refund at our discretion only within 7 days of your receipt of the item. Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. Please note that we rarely sell brand new items. This means that even if something is described as "mint" or "excellent" you may find upon close inspection, tiny imperfections or evidence of use. I will not make full or partial refunds for minor insubstantial imperfections. If you insist on only items in factory new condition, you should purchase them directly from a licensed retail store. Unless we should ship the wrong item (i.e. a doll instead of a blanket), shipping fees are never refunded.
Feedback
Once you've received your item and are happy with your purchase, please leave positive feedback for tip-top.deal and we will do the same for you. When you leave us feedback, we are then certain that the transaction went smoothly. If however you have a problem with the transaction, please contact us right-away with the problem before leaving any neutral or negative feedback.
