We accept payment via safe and secure PAYPAL.  All major credit cards accepted.

Shipping

Our customers are thrilled with the speed with which we ship our merchandise and the care in which we pack our products.  Shipments will be processed within  1 business day of receipt of cleared payment - unless notified. All orders are shipped from our distribution center in historic Stroudsburg, PA via UPS  or the postal service.  Please provide us with a street address if you have a post office box, as UPS cannot ship to a post office box. 

Additional shipping charges apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. Virgin Islands

NOTE INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  WE WILL SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.  PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO CUSTOMS IN YOUR COUNTRY. 
ALSO NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPLICABLE DUTIES AND TAXES FOR YOUR RESPECTIVE COUNTRY IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING CHARGES.  THESE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN OUR SHIPPING CHARGE.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Although we are experts at packing fragile items, rare occurrences of damage can occur. Please keep original packaging in tact and email for claim instructions or follow the procedure on the enclosed return for your will receive.

We are proud of the customer rating that we have earned. All items in our store are FIRST QUALITY.  As you can see from our pricing, we truly DO offer our products AT or BELOW wholesale. However, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of shipment date. Items returned within 30 days are eligible for an exchange or full credit excluding shipping (to the form of payment used at time of purchase). 

If the return is a result of our error, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt by email or phone to receive further instructions. Returns received after 30 days of shipment date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
