IT IS POLISHED ON THE FRONT SIDE, WITH SCREW HOLES THAT WERE MADE AFTER CASTING. IT IS APPROX. 4" TALL AND 1" WIDE. IT IS STILL SEALED IN FACTORY PACKAGING TO PROTECT FINISH. THANK YOU FOR LOOKING
