Payment Methods

Immediate payment is required at the time of purchase. If paying with a PayPal eCheck, please note that your shipment will be delayed while PayPal is processes and clears the check from your bank. These payments generally take one additional week for processing.
We are a registered corporation operating within the State of Illinois and are required by law to collect sales tax for orders being shipped within Illinois. The sales tax rate used is the current City of Chicago rate.
International customers please note, we regret that we are unable to accept payments from some countries. All prices used (including our website, email messages, invoices and certified price quotes) are in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated. Shipping Information

We ship most orders within three business days. If there is a delay in shipping we will notify you by email so you can plan accordingly.
US Domestic Shipping
We offer 2 levels of service for shipping to US locations. US Standard shipping takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery and is normally sent through either USPS Media Mail or USPS First Class Mail. For quicker delivery, please choose US Expedited shipping.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping methods to make shipping simple and easy. Standard shipping is sent through the US Post Office using either First Class Mail or Media Mail. In some cases we may also choose to ship using Federal Express Ground or United Parcel Service Ground. Delivery time is expected within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order.
Expedited shipping is sent through the US Post Office Priority Mail service, United Parcel Service Ground, or Federal Express Ground. Delivery time is expected within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order.
Please note, that the shipping times are only estimates and there may be delays out of our control caused by the third party shipping company.
International Shipping
We ship to most international locations. However, we regret that we are unable to accept and ship orders to some countries. We use calculated costs for determining International shipping.
There are two shipping methods available for International orders. Standard shipping is sent via the United States Post Office First Class Mail service and Expedited shipping is sent via the United States Post Office Priority Mail service.
Prices quoted for shipping only reflects the cost of shipping and does not include any additional taxes or duties that your country may levy upon delivery. You are responsible for those costs and we suggest contacting your local customs agency for more information. We complete all necessary customs forms providing accurate information. This includes marking the item(s) as merchandise and including the price paid for the merchandise. We are unable to mark shipments as "gift" or declare the cost different from the amount paid.

We deliver your order in the shortest time possible and keep you informed of its progress. Within minutes of receiving your order, you will receive an email message confirming our receipt of your order.
Tracking Numbers
We provide shipment tracking numbers or delivery confirmation numbers for most orders. Please note that orders sent through the US Post Office system will contain a delivery confirmation number which does not always work as a tracking number. Information contained and displayed by the Post Office depends on when and if the shipment gets scanned. Most shipments are scanned at delivery to provide proof of delivery for your order.
International customers please note, that tracking is available only through the Expedited shipping method and if tracking is necessary please select that method for shipping.
Backorder Dates
For those items on your order that can't ship immediately, we'll keep you informed of expected backorder shipping dates so you can plan accordingly. You will receive periodic emails informing you of the status of backordered items and when the items ship, we will automatically notify you by email.
Damaged or Lost Shipments - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If your item fails to arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@bosticwholesale.com immediately. We will make arrangements with the shipping carrier to pick up the item and packaging materials if needed, so please be sure to keep the items with the original packaging materials. With your cooperation, damaged shipments and insurance claims will be processed as quickly as possible but timing also will be depend on the carrier's or the insurer's speed in processing the claims.
