I can only refund or replace if an item is broken in the delivery process and I am notified on the delivery day. Once purchased and worn there is no guarantee that they won't break. All shoe charms are very sensitive to how they are removed from the clog. You have to always remove them by pushing out from the inside of the clog. Sometimes small children tend to pull them from the outside which causes them to break.You have to be very careful with that.
