DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ORIGINAL LAMP AND COMPATIBLE LAMP:

It is very important to be noted, there are original lamp factories and compatible lamp factories.

1)      Original lamp is the same factory with the projector maker, however, compatible lamp is from third party;

2)      Original lamp has been tested by the projector maker, therefore, its performance and lamp life is better;

3)      In this listing, the lamp maker is Philips, which bulbs are considered the best in projector lamps. You can check the printing on your existing bulb, which should also have the same marking “Philips”;

4)      Usually, compared with original lamp, the brightness and lamp life time of compatible lamp is only 60-70% of the original lamp, or even worse;

So, before purchase, you should ask the seller WHO'S THE LAMP MAKER?

LAMP INSTALLATION

It is not required special skill to install the lamp. Just to loosen several screws. For bare lamps, buyer just to take out the bulb from the existing lamp housing, and install the new one into it.
