Miscellaneous Reading Regarding Our Terms, Procedures, Returns Etc...

Please feel free to use the eBay check-out, if you don't hear from us within 24 hours. Don’t panic. Maybe something unavoidable came up. We do our best to make contact right away.

We do not state smoke free in our auctions. Most things are 2nd hand and we just don't know if they've been exposed or not. We do try to make sure things are clean & well aired before listing. Yes we do have cats =) But they are not allowed in the eBay room.

We ship within one day of receiving payment, unless its sat afternoon, then it would be Monday morning. Once in awhile real life interferes with this logic. We try to give advance notice if something comes up and we need to delay shipping.

We add delivery confirmation to "every" package sent within the U.S.A. And insurance is available on every item shipped! Most auctions the insurance is optional. We do pack well. But one never underestimates the USPS.

If you do insure and something should come broken. Please save the box and packing. This is important. And please let us know. So we can send you the insurance information. You will have to take the box and contents to your local post office for inspection. Either you can file the claim or we can. It’s a case by case thing =)

If you do not insure and something arrives broken please follow the steps in the following section.

Items are described to the best of our ability. We refund shipping both ways “if” we have misrepresented your item/items. If the item is misrepresented, we would like an email explaining the misrepresentation and the item/items returned in the same condition it was initially sent (this includes packing materials and box). We do not issue partial refunds. Refunds will be issued after the item/items have been returned.

Non misrepresented items (Items we feel were accurately pictured and described) are non refundable for shipping either way. 

If an item is lost, we will do the filing. We will need you to sign the USPS paperwork (stating--> item never received) in order to file for the insurance. Yes, we have had one go missing and this is how it works. We do not refund until the paperwork is in order.

Didn’t have insurance and item never arrived? Please let us know so we may file a form for lost/rifled mail in U.S.A. Or start an International inquiry for international mail. Time frame must be at least 21 days from ship date in U.S.A. & 60 days International.

We believe that good communication is the key to a good transaction! If you run into problems and need some more time. PLEASE let us know within the 3 days eBay allows us to establish contact. We understand there is life outside of eBay. And that unforeseen problems do come up.

We do not spend huge amounts of time on-line. But, we do log on to check the email box every couple of hours. So email if you need to know something before, during or after a transaction! We answer every email!

Feedback is the very end of the transaction for us. We do not leave feedback until we know the item is safely in your hands. So please email and let us know the item has arrived.
