This Classic Cape Style Detached 38 x 26 3-Car Garage features a spacious Second Level Storage Loft.  The storage loft is accessible utilizing an Interior Walkup Stairway along the side wall.  An exterior Entry Door and window is located on the Left Side of the garage.  A window is also located on the right side on both levels.

You will receive 2 sets of Permit Ready (most states)*, Professionally Designed Construction Plans on 24 x 36 blueprint format which includes:  Exterior Elevations, Foundation Drawing, Floor Plans of Main and Storage Loft Levels, Building Cross Section, Window & Door Schedule and Construction Details as required.  All Elements are designed for Published Loading.  Full Material Specifications are included in Plans.  Lumber List included.
