I do not filter thru emails looking for changes. Having an unconfirmed address with ebay can also slow down the shipping process- I want to make sure items get to where they should go.

We allow up to 5 business days but generally ship out within 3 business days of cleared payment

MOST BOOKS are sent by media mail. (The Post Office says average delivery time is 2-9 business days) It can be longer depending on distance, holidays, high volume, etc… We are about as far as you can be in the Northeast USA…. if you are far from us…..or if payment clearing time is not immediate……or if postal system is slower than average.....it can take weeks!

COMBINED SHIPPING INFORMATION:

In addition to our shipping special mentioned above we will almost always work with you to combine shipping on multiple books or like items. Below is our basic formula for combining shipping prices:

For each additional paperback we add .75 to the most expensive shipping price.

For each additional regular size Hardcover (500 page or under ) add $1.00 to most most expensive shipping price.

For each additional larger Hardcover sized book, (over 500 pages) add $1.25 to most expensive shipping price.

5 books or 12+ books from our eligible "buy it now listings" ship as stated above

*At times we offer larger lots in auction style that are advertised with a shipping cost- please contact us for a shipping discount if wishing to combining on auctions of this size and most times we will arrange a fair price to combine these “larger sized lots” too.

ABOUT OUR BOOKS:

We are not a store, however, in our collection of books and in our listings- you will find a variety of reading material: from antique to new, fiction & non-fiction, romance, historical, science fiction and much more. Between both the Mr & Mrs. here, we have a wide range of reading interest....So if you don't see what you are looking for in our selections, feel free to ask we may have it but just not listed it yet. We have many more books listed or to be listed!! If I can list one fast that you want - let us know and if we have it available for sale, I will list it quickly for you.

Many our books are purchased used thru a variety of means. Keep in mind most times these are USED and will have some avg signs of use – creasing, minor scuff marks, initials or names, store stamp, yellowing especially if old, etc. If they are above and beyond this condition POOR or NEW- it will be noted in the description.

We are a non-smoking home, but no guarantee they did or didn’t come from one prior. I do clean them and inspect them for damages before auctions and try to list accurately, However, if you are not satisfied, or I have underestimated the quality of any, or made any error, please make contact before leaving feedback and we will try to work something out that will be acceptable to both parties.

Insurance has always been an option you could select, however, eBay has decided it will be taking that option away from you to choose at the time of checkout. Please understand, this was not our choice and that after items have left our hands, we have no control over postal handling or loss of items in transit and we can understand your concerns over this so..... If you are determined that you would like to have your order insured, contact us "using eBay message system PRIOR to selecting the item" and we will figure out a way for you to have the additional expense of the insurance added into your item(s) shipping charge, ( if there is a shipping fee), or into your item(s) cost itself. (eBays suggested solution)

I do pack well and have not had any issues to date concerning these issues.
