I always pull all issues ordered and charge whatever the USPS quote for multiple item orders. All single magazine orders ship out flat protected by a magazine hobby bag (usually BCW brand) and sandwiched between cardboard to protect from bends and bumps. I use the USPS for shipping. U.S. orders are shipped within two business days of cleared payment by Priority Mail. Express Mail ships next day. Outside the U.S., Priority Mail International orders ship within one business day of cleared payment. First Class International ships out 1-2 times per week.
