Payment - Checkout

- We ship to the shipping address you provide during our checkout. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
- Once you have completed checkout for any item(s) in an order, you will not be able to combine additional items.
- In the rare event items are on backorder, we will provide prompt notification and your choice of a similar replacement or refund.
- Payments must be received within 7 days of item close date, or an eBay Unpaid Items Report will be filed. If payment is not made 7 days after the unpaid filing, the item will be cancelled and relisted.

Return Policy
Manufacturer Defects:
All products carry a 14-day warranty against manufacturer's defects. Defective products must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order and in original packaging, or return will not be accepted. If you receive a defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or give you the option for exchange (if original product is out of stock) after you have returned the product. Customer damaged items are not eligible for return.
Exchange (Store Credit):
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days after receiving your purchase for either replacement of a defective product, or for Store Credit if items are in resale condition. For all returns, we need the original receipt or record of the purchase in our system. Returned items for exchange MUST be in original condition: including box, packaging, & all other parts.
All returns must be authorized before returning. Any items returned without proper authorization will be discarded. You will be given our return address upon authorization of your return. To request a return, click the "Ask a question" link at the top of the page to visit our Support Center. There you will be able to submit a "Return Request" for further assistance. Refunds are given in the form of Store Credit. Opened software is not eligible for returns. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. Shipping charges for products returned to WirelessAccessories.com are the responsibility of the buyer. WirelessAccessories.com will pay for shipping charges on all replacement or exchange product shipments from our Warehouse. It may take up to 5 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
Undeliverable Policy:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or return to sender, the customer will be given 2 options: 1.) We will offer one more shipment attempt to another address for a re-shipment processing fee of $3.00 or 2.) We will refund the entire order minus any applicable returned shipping charges by the returning carrier and a 25% restocking fee (applied to total product price). Customers are responsible for providing us with a valid shipping address, and following our return policy for sending items back to us. If any of the above conditions apply, we will provide prompt emailed notifications.
