Our
shipping fees are determined by the shipped
weight, size and shipping destination. We want
your item to arrive promptly and safely.
SHIPPING
CARRIERS
For items under 13 oz. we typically ship via USPS
First Class. For items over 1 lbs., we typically
ship via, DHL Ground and UPS (NOTICE!!!!
UPS
& DHL will not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please include
a physical address).
If you
want an item shipped overnight then we will be happy
to do so for you, so Email us & we'll get you a
quote.
INSURANCE
UPS and DHL cover orders up to the first $100. We
require insurance on most items with a winning bid
over $100 & will be required on pottery, glass,
china and most electronic items.
A
delivery signature will be required for items with a
sale price over $100. No
Exceptions!
Most merchandise will ship within 1 to 2 business
days of payment confirmation if payment is received
before 2pm Central Time M-F and Saturday before 9am.
After 9am packages will ship Monday morning
excluding Holidays.
We will combine shipping when ever possible to help
save you money. Combined shipping rates are
determine at checkout by our automated system & if
not then request a invoice before paying.
INTERNATIONAL
All
International Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail,
Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Only Express Mail offers tracking.
International
deliveries may take longer than stated due to
customs clearance and your local carrier service.
The buyer is
responsible for your country's duties, taxes or
customs charges incurred upon delivery. We have no
control over these charges.
Packages ship with
true value on custom forms.

LOCAL PICK UP
Please contact us at if you would like to arrange
pick up of your item at our location. All local
pick-ups will be charged state sales tax.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. Returns are
accepted, please contact us for further
instructions. Shipping is non-refundable unless the
mistake in the order is ours or the item was not as
described in the auction. Buyer must initiate the
return with 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer will
be responsible for return shipping charges.
