ReturnsDo not like it: Contact us within 15 days and we will provide return instructions. Buyer is responsible for the cost to ship back to us. Refund will be made via the payment method used. Shipping, including shipping costs associated with free-shipping or shipping-included offers, is not refundable. Our restocking fee is 5%. The item must be in unused condition and include all manuals, warranty cards, etc.
Damaged: Contact us immediately so we can process an insurance claim. You may be required to provide further information. We will re-ship the order once the claim is filed.
Defective: Virtually all of the manufacturers we represent require that you contact them directly in the case of a defective item. If you have any problem with the manufacturer, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
Goods returned without prior approval are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We operate out of several warehouses and must send you instructions and RMA number for your return.
