Shipping and Handling:

We will ship the item within 24-48 hours after the payment is cleared except weekend and holidays. We choose USPS first class, parcel, priority mail as our shipping service. Most likely you will get them in 4-5 business days.  International mail takes longer time.  We personally guarantee delivery on every package that we ship.  All US bound packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation.  If you have not received your parcel within three weeks of ship date, and the delivery confirmation is showing non-delivery, please email us.  We will refund your payment minus shipping, if any.  If the package is scanned as delivered by USPS and the USPS website shows the item as being delivered, we will assume that the item has been delivered.  We are not responsible to items lost that are shown as delivered by USPS if you did not buy insurance for them.
