The shipping and handling shown in this auction and all the notification emails is for 48 contiguous states buyers only.

1. Please check the shipping calculator for rates to APO/FPO, HI, AK, Guam and PR shipping prices before placing a bid.

2. All items are normally shipped within 2 business days after the payment is received. Please note that we do not ship on weekends, or national holidays. If you make a payment by eCheck, it may take longer since it has to clear your bank first before the order is processed.

3. We will ship your package using a carrier at our discretion. If you have a PO Box as a shipping address, or if you prefer to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, there is an added fee for the upgrade. Please contact us prior to completing checkout so that we can adjust your invoice.

4. Once you complete the checkout, you will not be able change the order, or add any items to the order. No exceptions.

5. We will ship your order to the address that you input during ChannelAdvisor checkout unless the address differ from the shipping address on the PayPal payment. We will only ship to the address appearing on the PayPal payment. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

When will my order be processed?

The cutoff for all orders is 8 AM Pacific Time every weekday. Orders received after 8 AM Monday-Thursday are processed on the following day, and orders received after 8 AM Friday and over the weekend are processed Monday. Any e-mail correspondence after 5 PM Friday will not be answered until at least the following Monday. Upon shipment a tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your eBay account (not through your eBay messaging system). Please check your spam folders to make sure that it was not inappropriately deleted and make sure your inbox is not full.

How long will it take for my order to get to me after it ships?

It depends on where you are located. All items are normally shipped within 2 business days after the payment is received. Please note that we do not ship on weekends, or national holidays. Once the order is shipped, please refer to the transit map below for FedEx delivery times from our location. Keep in mind that these are BUSINESS DAYS.

- Please contact us before you place the negative feedback. We are willing to work out a Win-Win solution with you.

- All the return items must have the eBay auction number.

- All sales are final after 10 days from receiving.

- 15% restocking fee applies on all Non-Defective Return for Credit Only. Products have to be returned in original package with all accessories.

- Shipping & Handling cost is non-refundable.

- Any presumed defective item must obtain an RMA # before return.

- Returned item will be tested. If found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately.

- The return items must be packed sturdily with the manufacturer packaging and accessories.

- SwordNArmory is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Since we are not the manufacturer we split the shipping cost with the customer. The customer pays for shipping to SwordNArmory and SwordNArmory pays for the shipping back to you. (Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, SwordNArmory will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.)
