This is an immaculate 12x12
Intuos 3 USB Graphics Tablet. No pen is included with
this. There is some discoloration on the left there,
probably where someone's hand was resting. Not sure if it
would come off but I rubbed it and it didn't.

The label on the bottom.
We tested this thoroughly
and it is working great. This was removed from corporate
America at the end of a lease, they got all new equipment
and we got their old stuff. But this is nice. A few
scratches and scuffs, nothing that would affect
performance. Please expect a few scraches and scuffs!

The Intuos3 12x12 is Wacom's only square tablet.

Windows 98 and NT drivers available for download.
Software supported by
tablets is HERE.
No software,
manuals, licenses, disks or other items are included,
just what you see, the tablet. This carries a 5 day NON-DOA
warranty, it works fine, if it somehow doesn't you can
send it back for replacement. But we did test this.
Unfortunately we don't have a pen to include. So order
one! This is $750 at DigitalGraphics. Save lots by buying
on ebay.
Please expect a few
scratches and scuffs, these units are not new.

Your
Bid Is A Contract
- Under
eBay rules and the UCC your bid is a contract.
Please do not bid or buy our items if you are not

- Ebay
charges for those listings. When you buy and don't
pay it costs us money, we want to be paid. So
please be sure before you buy.
- Please
be prepared to pay promptly for your items. If
you don't pay within 7 days an unpaid item strike
will be marked against you and the item will be
relisted. You will not be eligible to buy it.
Descriptions
and Pictures
- Google
is your friend. For more information about our
items that's what we use, you should try that
before asking us questions. Google almost always
knows more than we do. You are expected to do
your own research.
- We
nearly always use actual pictures of our items.
If we have more of something and are using a
generic picture that will be stated in the
picture caption.
- We
try to show scratches, scuffs, dings and the like
in the pictures but they don't always show up.
Many used items have scratches, scuffs and dings,
these are used after all. It's a small price to
pay however, buying an expensive used unit from
us that is off lease for $500 when a new and
perfect one might be $3000. Expect all this with
used items.
- Our
items are not new unless they are stated as NEW
in the description.
- If
you don't see a part, accessory, key, manual,
cable, wire, cover, software disk, license or
other item in the picture then that is not
included. What you see is what you will get.
Please do not expect any items to be included
that are not shown in the picture.
- Please
do not buy from us expecting things to look
perfectly new unless they are new and stated as
such.
- If
something is password protected the password is
not included unless it specifically states the
password IS included in the description. If this
is a problem for you please do not buy from us.
- We
have no reason to misdescribe anything, but we
often don't know enough about something to
mention things that might be important to you, so
please do your own research and if necessary
please ask questions. It is your
responsibility to ask questions and research
these items yourself before you buy. If
you don't and are surprised we cannot help.
- Description
and feature statements are often found on the
internet and are often labeled as such "Information
found on the Internet", and they might be
incorrect like lots of internet information. You
are always expected to do your own research.
- In almost all cases
all we did was plug it in and see if it looks
like it powers up. Some items would require an
entire engineering test lab or other equipment to
test thoroughly.
- We are not
the personal, previous user of any of this stuff.
We almost never know how old it is, or even
whether it works perfectly.
- If an item is
expected to sell for only a few hundred dollars
or less we do less thorough testing. If you want
us to have an item thoroughly tested before you
buy it that might be available but it will not be
free.
- On more valuable
items we try to test more thoroughly when
possible, but sometimes we can't test completely
due to the complex technical nature of the item.
- We have a large scrap
operation here, we scrap 100,000 pounds or more
of electronics every month. If it looked
broken or worthless we would have scrapped it.
If you see it on ebay it's because in our
estimation it's not broken or worthless. We
do not sell broken items unless the item is still
worthwhile for parts or is still usable and
valuable- at least to someone. In this case
defects will be noted if we know about them.
- The
information in the auction listing is usually all
the information we have. We can look at the item
and answer questions that can be answered by
examining the item before the auction closes.
- Obvious
defects will be disclosed in the auction listing
if we know about it, we never conceal defects. We
usually include a picture of any defects if
possible. Used items will often have scratches,
scuffs and dings. Or even dust or dirt. Please
expect these and they usually don't affect
performance or usability.
Offers
- When
we list something on ebay we've either done
research to determine that item's listing price,
or we've sold them before, or we have a local
buyer who will buy those from us. So our prices
are based on criteria we've developed or standing
offers we have in hand. We're willing to sell
them to you through eBay but not for less than we
can always sell that item.
- Please
understand that we listed it at that price
because that is the least we are willing
to accept for that item at this time, or
at least close to that. If an item does not sell
it will usually be reduced until it either sells
or we scrap it. We don't generally accept offers
of less than the starting ebay price on auctions.
If you email us an offer of less than the
starting price the only response you will get is
one that says "Sorry, that item is not open
to best offers". It's kind of a waste of
time us emailing you back essentially what is
written here so please read and go by what we
already said rather than make a silly offer that
cannot be accepted anyway.
- Once
we list an item on ebay we don't usually sell it
outside eBay. Please don't email us asking us to
sell to you outside eBay, it's against eBay rules.
If we agreed to do this we would be terminated by
ebay. It's unlikely to be worth our losing our
eBay account to sell to you so please don't put
us in this position. The answer is always going
to be "no, that is against eBay rules".
Note that we do have local buyers who
occasionally ask for something we have on ebay,
and sometimes we sell it to them and end the ebay
listing. But this is rare.
- If
the item you are interested in is a fixed price
"Buy in Now" sale and you see the ebay "Or
Best Offer" logo in our listing you
may send an offer by the Best Offer link. You may
offer less but please not too much less. For
example if we list something at $600 you might be
successful offering us $550. We'd never accept $100.
We wouldn't have listed that item at the price
you see it at if we were willing to take very
much less. So use this statement as your
guide.
- We
never sell for less than the listed ebay price on
a fixed price sale that does not have the "Or
Best Offer" link.
- If
the item is an auction style sale, and you just
can't stop yourself and you have to make us an
offer please make your offer more
than the starting ebay price. Who knows, we might
reduce the item on eBay and sell it to you. We
never have but you never know.
- Note
that eBay only allows you to send three offers on
an item and after that you are locked out, so don't
waste your offers. We've had people calling us
and complaining they couldn't make a fourth offer
on an item when they were finally willing to. We
can't help, that's eBay's system.
- We
never end auctions to sell for the same or less
than the starting bid price on auction style
sales, it wouldn't be fair to other buyers who
might be watching that item.
- About
offers and warranties: Often the BUY IT
NOW price we have an item listed at will
include a specific warranty. If you offer less
than that you may not get any warranty at all,
which is the cost of the low price you have
offered. Please expect this, it will often be
stated in the listing or in your counteroffer or
the additional terms when your best offer is
accepted. If so this will take precedence over
the warranty offered with full price as stated in
the eBay listing.
Payments
- CALIFORNIA
BUYERS MUST ADD 7.75% CA TAX TO HIGH BID AMOUNT.
This is state law and is not flexible.
- Pickups
are welcome and you don't have to ask, just let
us know by email when you are coming. Please do
not show up unexpected, we may not be able to
find your item on short notice and we have to
have our warehouse get it for us. Sometimes that
cannot be done on short notice so please don't
just show up.
- If
you are picking your item up you don't have to
pay any shipping, please take the shipping off
your payment and send the correct amount with tax
and no shipping through paypal. Put a buyer
discount in the paypal payment when you send it
in the amount of the shipping. If unable just pay
the whole amount and we will refund your shipping
charge by paypal within 5 days. Unfortunately
that is the paypal lead time for such
transactions. Sorry, but we can't change that.
- If
you are a California reseller and are reselling
an item and have a California resellers permit
that's no problem, we sell to resellers every day
and you do not need to ask permission from us to
buy for resale. You must fax a signed California
Resale Certificate form BOE-230 to (714) 542-3145.
Download the form from the California State Board
Of Equalization website HERE. Please
take the tax off your payment through Paypal by
putting in a buyer discount in the amount of the
automatically calculated tax at the bottom of the
form. If unable we will refund your tax within 5
days of receipt of your payment and signed resale
certificate form. This only applies to California
resellers, we do not charge California sales tax
for any items shipped outside the state of
California. Note that if you are an out of state
buyer and opt to pick up your item at our Santa
Ana, CA facility you will be charged sales tax.
There is no way to avoid this since you are not
an out of state buyer under the law unless we
ship to you.
- Payment
for all items must be received at our California
facility within 7 days of the auction close, no
exceptions.
- We
accept payments made through Paypal (preferred),
and with credit cards directly with our credit card
payment form HERE.
- We
prefer immediate payment through Paypal. Some
items are Paypal only and are marked as such. We
are not able to accept alternate payment methods
on Paypal only items.
- Your
item will be shipped to your Paypal confirmed
street address, Paypal rules. If your street
address is not confirmed please confirm it with
Paypal before sending your payment or your
payment will be returned and your order delayed.
- If
you are unable to confirm your address with
Paypal you will not be able to pay with Paypal.
No exceptions, these are Paypal's rules. We
cannot change the Paypal rules.
- Please
do not ask for shipment to an alternate or
unconfirmed address when paying with Paypal.
Please do not put an alternate shipping address
in the notes field, we cannot ship to an address
in the notes field and this will delay your order.
There is nothing you can say on the phone or by
email that will change this, please don't ask.
- If
you pay by credit card, the credit card billing
address and the shipping address must be the same.
No exceptions. These are credit card company
rules and are for both our protection. Your
charge will be declined by our credit card
terminal, we cannot do anything about that.
Email Confirmations & Communications
- When
you buy from us you will receive a number of
emails.
- One after you place your
order.
- One requesting payment. Your
payment may have already been received.
- One when your payment is
received. This might be combined or
instead of #2 if you paid immediately.
- One when shipping is
complete with your tracking number.
- The
first three (or maybe two) will likely come at
the same time. These are automatically generated
confirmations from eBay and Paypal. Expect them
so you will know everything is OK and we have
received your order.
- If
you don't receive several emails please
check your spam folder, if you don't find them
there please check both your email and address
with both eBay and Paypal, to ensure they are
correct. We may be emailing you with a problem
and if you don't read or receive emails from us
we will be stopped and unable to ship to you. So
if you buy from us please watch for emails. If
you don't get emails about your order
something is wrong.
- If
you use the Earthlink spam blocker please turn it
off before you buy from us, that blocks
everything and we will NOT be able to email you.
- Especially
make sure your address is correct. We are not
responsible if you put the wrong address in
Paypal and they send us your old address to ship
to. You are responsible for the
correctness of your address. After all, you gave
it to us.
- If
you give us the wrong address and your item is
shipped and returned you will be responsible for
paying for re-shipping to your correct address.
So check the address when you send your payment.

Warranty & Technical
Support
- NO
RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON "SOLD AS IS"
MERCHANDISE.
- Most
items are sold as-is without warranty of any kind.
Most of our items are very technical and cannot
be thoroughly tested by us. Buyers save a lot by
buying from us at very low prices, the cost of
that is that you do not receive a warranty.
- Warranty
offered if any will be stated in the auction.
- If
warranty is offered it is a return warranty, you
can return the item for refund less shipping at
your expense. We do not refund the
shipping.
- We
do not pay for service or repairs after you have
received your item.
- Sometimes
we can help with problems and can walk you
through resolving an issue. We're more than happy
to do so. Please ask.
- If we
offer a short term warranty we do that because we
cannot test the item, but we assume that you
can. You are expected to test the item and make
any claims under the warranty without delay. We
are not able to extend the warranty past the time
allowed in the ebay listing.
- Some
of our warranties on BUY IT NOW
items may be void if you make an offer of less,
this will be stated in the auction or in the
terms when your best offer is accepted or you
receive a counteroffer. "10 day warranty
with BUY IT NOW" or some such may be stated.
Please expect this, the lack of any warranty at
all is the cost of the low price, the item will
be the same. Make sure if you make a low offer
the warranty is not so important to you that you
will be dissatisfied with your purchase. Better
pay a little more if that warranty is important
to you.
- DOA
means completely dead, fails to power up. A NON-DOA
warranty then means we guarantee it to
power up, and that is the level to which we
tested it. It may not work perfectly, might
require service, calibration, adjustment, cabling
