Q:What is a Reconditioned/Recertified product?
A:These items may have been previously declared defective, returned by customers, used in field tests, used in sales displays at trade shows, or returned by a customer. A: We are required by California law to charge an electronic waste recycling fee on certain products when shipped to a California address. This fee, which is transferred back to the State of California, is charged on products that have a monitor screen, such as CRTs, LCDs, televisions and laptop computers. If you return an item for which you were charged an electronic waste recycling fee, the amount of the recycling fee will be refunded.
